At Football Shirt Supplier, we are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your football shirt purchase, we will do our best to help you. Please read the following policies carefully before returning or exchanging products:
1. Return Terms
To ensure that you can return the product smoothly, the following are the basic return terms:
Return Period: You must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product.
Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags.
Customized Products: If you purchased a customized football shirt (such as a shirt with a name or number), we cannot accept the return unless the product has quality issues.
Return Request: You need to submit a return request through our customer support team. Please provide the order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Process
Submit a request: Please contact our customer service team via email to inform your return request and order details.
Return Confirmation: Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide you with a return address and detailed return instructions.
Returning an item: Please ensure that the item is intact and sent back using a trackable postal service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will complete the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to arrive may vary depending on your payment method.
4. Exchange Policy
If the item you received is not the right size or has other problems, you can request an exchange. The exchange process is similar to returns. You will need to:
Submit an exchange request and provide your order number.
After returning the unsuitable item, we will arrange an exchange and bear the cost of re-delivery.
5. Special circumstances for refunds and returns
Is the item defective: If the item you received is defective (such as damage, stains, etc.), please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with free return and full refund or replacement services.
Wrong product: If the product you received is not what you ordered, we will provide you with free return and exchange services.
6. Non-returnable products
The following products cannot be returned once sold:
Customized products (such as jerseys printed with personal names or numbers) unless there is a quality problem.
